Gongfu tea goes beyond just using more leaves and smaller pots. It's an age-old pursuit of capturing the essence of the leaf through careful attention, repeated practice, and deliberate technique.
Teas have come home! My devlieries of tea finally made their way home safely. I am ejoying a different variety. I keep wanting to buy more tea, it's a problem, it's much much more than I can drink myaself in a reasonable amount of time. The obsession with tea wares...when does this stop? Tea & tea culture, a hobby myself and others never thought I would be so immersed in.
I anxiously await the delivery of leaves. USPS has sought it fun to route my package around the US a little more than necessary. However new tea set and pet have arrived.
I stumbled upon tea again, as inevitable as the sunrise of another day. The finger weighs heavy upon the mouse, with a simple click, more tea is on the way.
